Excellent place for a quiet getaway!!

Spacious very clean room, front desk and cleaning service providers very helpful and considerate. Front desk staff offer suggestions on facilities around the hotel for my personal matters which I shared. This is a town pretty remote but it is close to supermarkets (Lamu, Don Donkie, Daiso), Anytime Fitness (of which I am a member), shopping mall, DIY laundry (so simple to use, super efficient - wash and dry within an hour without me standing there to load washed laundry to dryer!!!) salon, restaurants making it convenient!! Close to bus stops with a number of buses taking me to the train station which I can go to Nara, Kyoto in like an hour! I can’t wait for the cherry blossoms because the park is nearby! Daily buffet Japanese breakfast - a healthy start for the day!

Thank you for being so conveniently located next to the Keihanna Plaza Hall!

Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety. The staff also kindly took possession of my luggage even before I checked in.

Maybe provide combs in addition to hair brushes.

Pleasant

The hotel is in close proximity to research institutes. The staff is okey to communicate with. Big plus for offering some fruits during the breakfast.

Being the only “hotel” option in the area makes the service run down with the quality. Also the breakfast should be a bit more western friendly (also, I kindly advise the management to add allergen list below the breakfast options). Thank You for Your consideration.

Comfortable place like home …has all the amenities and accessibility I need!

Room is big,bed is big, very clean room, toilet seat is warm & nice. Has humidifier/purifier/ioniser. Breakfast is good & healthy! Staff is friendly, helpful & warm. Near many supermarket. Drugstore, Anytime Fitness, public bath/sauna, eateries and DIY launderette! Close to bus stop to commute to train station. An hour to Kyoto & Osaka!

This is a remote town. It’s very good already, can’t be expecting so much for a remote town hotel! Can’t find anything to improve which would make business sense.

Business hotel with relatively large but a bit old rooms. Conveniently located for my business trip.

Bed was a bit hard, but still comfortable. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

Great location--easy access to shops and bus stop!

The hotel was close to our workplace which was why we chose it. But nearly there were shops and a supermarket, McDonalds and a pizza place. It was great! I had a view of the sundial from my room, very nice!! Loved the fish and rice too for breakfast.

Metro is a bit far away. But a bus stop is nearby.
